as i have said before theer are 4 illegal markets which you can waste your ap away in to gain yourself small rank progression
and a small sum of money for the business owners benefit, well fuck them your for yourself...
Prizefighting ring:
People at the start of the round may make this because theer are no other busiensses around so dont bother even looking
into it, maybe later, but for the start try and rank as they do to reach mademan in maybe 4 days max. Can be done in 2, but
im thinking of newcomers...
So the best time to take pf offers is if you die in the middle of the round or you are late coming to the round, because
peopel make pf rings after they have got a chop shop and have made a lot of money, they cant seem to kill and they are bored
and have ap and dont know what to do with it, so they make stupid threads in the forum stating tournaments for teh pf ring
(its bullshit) but take the pfs they can range from 5k to 15k depending on how bored the opwner is and play it to your advantage
just take pf fights with all ap until your blue in teh face and hit gangster you will save maybe a few hundred k enough to
buy you a legal business for later ;)
Chop Shop:
the art of stealing cars, some say that it is best to get higher level tool kit and steal a lower levl car with them,
and that is supposed to help you get a better sucession rate well it may be for some, but there is another way as well, it
seems that if you choose the correct level tools and take your time your sucession rate will mouynt upto 90% and that is a
lot of cars with 120 ap, so how? well its simple, choose teh sam,e level tools you need for the rank your at and then simply
take your time and steal cars, but steal 1 car at a time loking for the one which states is the cheapst
e.g.
if theer are 5 cars and they are all said to be worth 30k but 1 is there for 12k steal the 12k one... i am not the only
1 who has tried and tested this method.

now how is it best to work this illegal business? it is not like the others at all and it seems that theer is no way
to work the system, but you must look out for droubts in the market like start of the round it will be high prices middle
of the round people will sell lots for still high proces but as soon as a war comes along bam, your in, prices drop as peopel
fight to sell there stock to make enough money to fund themselves and family in wat, so if ur not in war and other familiues
are take advantage and buy all stock u can with all ur money and when ur out use ur ap to sell it and buy more launder and
buy whilst earning and ranking. Also when there has been no war for a long time and many have got a good press up they
fight to sell and make a dent in teh market selling millions for under average prices so take advantage at these times.
